東國大学校（韓国）を訪問し、チームミッションに挑みました！

本学学生が、9月16日（土）に韓国　東國大学校（Dongguk University）を訪問し、東國大学校学生とのチームミッションに挑みました！

東國大学校はソウル市内にある私立大学で、学生数は約18,000人を誇ります。世界のリーダーとなる創造的なエキスパートを育成することを掲げ、創業精神を養う取組みが充実しています。
東國大学校では、両大学学生の混合チームが編成され、チームごとにソウルの主要地域を探訪し、地域活性化や地域再生プロジェクトを提案することがミッションとして課されました。

学生たちはチームで自己紹介を行い、早速ソウル市内へ出発。
約4時間かけ各所を探訪し、交流を深めながら課題を見つけ、限られた時間で意見交換を行いながら具体策を練り上げました。

夕方からのコンテストでは、各チームが考えた地域活性化および地域再生プロジェクトを韓国語と日本語でプレゼンテーションを行い、東國大学校の先生方、本学教職員が各チームの発表を審査しました。
審査結果をもとに上位チームが表彰され、最後は、本学 林総合経営学部長による講評（金度渕先生による逐次通訳）によって締めくくられました。

初めて顔を合わせるチームでは、最初は緊張した面持ちの学生たちでしたが、共にソウル市内を探究し、拙いながらも英語、韓国語、日本語で話し合い、お互いの理解を深めました。
コンテスト後に開催された夕食会では、緊張もほぐれ、互いの健闘を称え合いながら、更に交流を深めることができたのではないでしょうか。

プレゼンテーション準備では、終始東國大学校の学生たちにリードしていただきながら、本学学生も発表に挑むことができました。
日頃から創業の精神を養っている東國大学校学生たちの取り組み姿勢や発表は非常に素晴らしく、本学学生にとっては非常に良い刺激となりました。
「東國大学校学生のように堂々としたプレゼンテーションができるようになりたい。」「もっと様々なことに挑戦したい。」といった声が本学学生からも多く聞かれました。

今回の訪問を受け入れてくださった東國大学校の教職員の皆さま、学生の皆さんには感謝申し上げます。

한국의 동국대학교를 방문하여, 팀 미션에 도전했습니다 !

9월 16일(토), 우리 오사카 상업대학 학생이 한국의 동국대학교에 방문하여, 동국대학교 학생과의 팀 미션에 도전 하였습니다.

동국대학교는 서울시내에 있는 사립대학교로서, 학생 수는 약 18,000명 입니다.
국제적 리더가 되는 창조적 전문가를 육성하며, 창업 정신을 기르는 프로그램을 많이 교육하고 있는 대학교 입니다.

먼저, 동국대학교 학생과 우리대학 학생의 혼합팀을 편성한 후,
팀별로 서울시의 주요 지역을 탐방하며,지역 활성화와 지역 재생 프로젝트를 제안하기 위한 미션이 주어졌습니다.

학생들은 팀 내에서 자기 소개를하며, 서둘러 서울시내로 출발.
약 4시간 동안 각 지역을 탐방하며 교류를 통해 과제를 찾아, 제한적인 시간에 의견 교환을하며 구체적 방안을 만들어 갔습니다.

저녁에 있었던 콘테스트에서는 각 팀별로 만든 지역활성화 및 지역 재생 프로젝트를 한국어와 일본어로 프리젠테이션을 발표하였고,
동국대학교의 교수님과 우리대학 교직원이 각 팀의 발표에 대해 심사하였습니다.
심사 후 상위 팀을 시상 하였으며, 오사카 상업대학의 하야시 종합경영학부 학부장의 강평으로 마무리를 지었습니다.

처음 만나게 된 각 팀에서는 서로 많이 긴장하는 표정이었으나, 같이 서울 시내를 탐방하며, 영어, 한국어, 일본어를 구사하며, 서로를 깊이 이해해 가게 되었습니다.
저녁 식사때에는 긴장도 풀려, 서로의 교류를 더욱 더 깊이 할 수 있었습니다.

프레젠테이션 준비시, 항상 동국대학교 학생들이 리드를 해주어, 우리 대학 학생들도 열심히 발표를 할 수가 있었습니다.
언제나 창업의 정신을 기르는 동국대학교 학생들의 진취적인 자세와 발표의 수준은 대단하였으며, 우리 학교 학생들이 많은 경험과 지식을 얻을 수 있는 좋은 기회가 되었습니다.
{동국대학교 학생들 처럼 당당하게 프레젠테이션을 하고싶다} {더욱 더 여러가지 미션에 도전해 보고싶다} 등등의 감탄의 소리가 우리대학 학생들에게서 쏟아져 나왔습니다.

이번 방문을 도와주신 동국대학교의 전병훈 교수님과 이 창영 교수님, 그리고 직원 및 관계자 여러분, 학생 여러분께 깊이 감사 말씀 드리겠습니다.

본 프로그램은 {GET트라이알}{BP해외연습}의 일환으로 진행하였습니다.
{GET트라이알} {BP해외연습}은 사전 및 사후 연수를 포함한 해외 연수 프로그램 입니다. 올 해에는 한국 4박 5일의 방문이였습니다.

We visited Dongguk University in Korea and took on a
team mission!

On Saturday, September 16, our students visited Dongguk University in Korea
to work on a team mission with Dongguk University students.

Dongguk University is a private university located in Seoul with a student population of approximately 18,000.
The university is committed to fostering creative experts who will become world leaders, and has a full range of initiatives to foster
a founding spirit.

At Dongguk University, mixed teams of students from both universities were formed, and each team was assigned the mission of
exploring a major area of Seoul and proposing a local revitalization or community revitalization project. The students, meeting for
the first time, introduced themselves and immediately set out for Seoul.
They spent about 4 hours exploring various places, deepening exchanges, identifying issues, and exchanging opinions to come up
with concrete measures in the limited time available.

In the evening, each team presented their local revitalization and revitalization projects in Korean and Japanese, and the
presentations were judged by Dongguk University professors andour faculty members. Awards were presented to the top teams
based on the judging results, and the event concluded with a review by Dean Hayashi, Dean of the College of Business
Administration at OUC (with consecutive interpretation by Dr. Kim, Doyon).

The students were nervous at first because they were meeting each other for the first time, but they explored Seoul together and
deepened their understanding of each other through discussions in English, Korean, and Japanese, although their language skills
were not very good.
At the dinner party held after the contest, the tension was relieved, and the contestants were able to further deepen their
relationship while praising each other's efforts, as evidenced by these photos.

With the excellent lead of the students from Dongguk University, our students were able to present their presentations with
confidence.The attitude and presentation of the students of Dongguk University, who have been cultivating the spirit of
entrepreneurship on a daily basis, were excellent, and were a great inspiration to our students. "I want to be able to give a
presentation with the same dignity as the students of Dongguk University." "I want to try more things," said many of our students,
their eyes shining brightly.

We would like to express our gratitude to the faculty, staff, and students of Dongguk University for hosting this visit.

The GET Trial and BP Overseas Training are overseas training programs that include pre- and post-workshop training,
and this time the participants visited South Korea for five days.
